Terms of Service

By using Aiheim.id services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before starting a project with us.
01.General terms
Aiheim.id services cover website development according to the chosen package. Every project begins with a needs discussion and cost estimate agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
02.Payment
Payment is made 50% upfront as a deposit and 50% after the website is completed and approved. Payment can be made via bank transfer or digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana).
03.Revisions
The number of revisions follows the selected package. Revisions beyond the package can be discussed at an additional cost that is transparent and agreed upon before work begins.
04.Copyright
After full payment, the copyright of the completed website belongs entirely to the client. Aiheim.id reserves the right to feature the project as portfolio work unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
05.Warranty
Aiheim.id provides a 30-day warranty for technical bug fixes after the website goes live, at no extra cost. The warranty does not cover design changes or new feature additions.
06.Dispute resolution
All disputes will be resolved through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, resolution will refer to the applicable laws of Indonesia.
